Terms of Service.

1. Your purchase
These terms cover digital products purchased from Kyrex through this storefront. Review the product, access period, billing schedule and total before confirming payment. A purchase provides access to the selected product; it does not transfer ownership of the software or its intellectual property.
2. Prices and access periods
Base prices are in US dollars. Whop shows any accepted discount, taxes and payment fees before you pay. No coupon changes the total until Whop accepts it.

Daily passes provide one day of access from purchase and expire automatically. Lifetime plans have no scheduled expiration and no recurring charge. CV Setups are one-time purchases of the selected Rage or Legit setup. Weekly plans renew every 7 days, monthly every 30 days, 6-month plans every 180 days, and 12-month plans every 365 days.
3. Subscriptions and cancellation
Selecting a recurring plan authorizes repeat charges at its displayed price and interval until canceled. Manage or cancel your subscription through your Whop account before its next renewal. Cancellation stops future renewals; requesting a refund is a separate process. Daily, Lifetime, and CV Setups purchases do not require cancellation to prevent renewal.
Website project requests
Website building is custom-priced. Submitting a brief is free and creates no purchase or subscription. Scope, price, payment terms and delivery timing must be agreed separately before work begins. Kyrex stores your project brief, contact email and verified Discord identity privately so the store owner can review and contact you about your request.
4. Digital delivery
Whop sends the payment receipt and purchase-access link to the email used in its payment form. Sign in with that same email to find your order. Kyrex handles software activation, installation files and product support through your order. Contact Kyrex in Whop if you need a license key or delivery assistance. A linked Discord account is required to finish Kyrex account setup and start checkout. Connect Discord through the same Whop account you use to pay; Kyrex verifies the linked Discord ID before opening payment.
Read the delivery guide before buying. Check compatibility with Kyrex if you are unsure; do not assume a product works with a device, operating system or third-party service that is not stated in its listing.
5. Refunds and purchase problems
For a missing delivery, incorrect charge, duplicate purchase or product problem, contact Kyrex through the support option associated with your Whop order. Include your order number and a description of the problem. Refund eligibility is reviewed for the circumstances of the purchase, subject to applicable law and Whop’s buyer protections. These terms do not remove mandatory consumer rights. A pending payment is not a confirmed purchase; check your order before paying again.
6. Account and payment information
Use accurate contact information and a payment method you are authorized to use. Keep your Whop account and any product credentials secure. Do not use this storefront to commit fraud or interfere with another customer’s access. Only purchase if you can enter into these terms and meet Whop’s account requirements.
7. Privacy
Kyrex uses your email, verified Discord ID and username, Whop user ID, order details and consent record to process and support your purchase. These details are passed to Whop with the order. Kyrex also stores the verified account-to-order association to match purchases and subscriptions to the right Discord identity. Your Discord identity is not included in public reviews or store statistics. Card details are entered into Whop’s payment form and are not stored by this storefront. Your shopping bag is saved in this browser when storage is available; checkout details are temporarily kept in the browser session so your confirmation can be displayed. Payment and order records are retained through Whop for billing, support and required records. Contact Kyrex through your Whop order for questions or requests about your purchase information.
Whop separately handles payment and account data under its Privacy Policy and Buyer Terms.
8. Customer accounts and reviews
Kyrex accounts use Whop to verify your identity. On sign-in, this storefront stores your Whop user ID, profile name, username and verified email when available. Account setup requires a linked Discord account. Kyrex reads your primary Discord connection from Whop, stores its ID, username and verification time, and rechecks the connection before each checkout. A pending sign-in can complete Discord linking but cannot start payment. Existing billing controls remain available directly through Whop. Your purchases and memberships are fetched securely from Whop for your account. Kyrex does not receive or store your Whop password. A secure session cookie keeps you signed in for up to 7 days; you can sign out from the account page. Temporary sign-in records expire after 10 minutes, and a short-lived hashed network identifier is used to limit sign-in abuse.
Reviews are optional and require a completed purchase on the signed-in account. The public display name, rating, title, review text and publication date you submit are shown publicly. Your email, order number and account identifier are not shown with your review. Reviews remain available until removed; contact Kyrex through Whop for account-data or review-removal requests. Ratings are calculated only from customer-submitted reviews. Unreviewed purchases receive no rating. One review per product per customer is allowed, and you can update it from your purchase history.
9. Changes and support
The terms and billing schedule shown when you buy govern that purchase. Updated storefront terms apply to later purchases; they do not silently change an existing plan’s agreed price. Keep your receipt. For help, sign in to Whop, open your Kyrex purchase and contact Kyrex through the order’s support option.
